Started a New Blog

Just for my Trash to Treasure Re-Dos and Make-Overs

I feel that things are getting a little jumbled up here on this blog...which was primarily for
sharing my daily happenings, crafting & plain ole ramblings.

I'm just getting started over yonder, but I invite you to take a look and follow along.

I'm calling it

It will feature Primitive, Country, Shabby Chic and Rustic styles

..x~..Think Inside the Box..~X..Primitive Witch Keepings

We've all heard the saying..."Think Outside the Box"
well, sometimes it's okay to think INSIDE the box
yesterday, that's just what I did...

Do you want to see what I found inside my box....just a plain old wooden box
nothing fancy, a junkin find of mine
another pick that I had no idea what I'd do with

Some people say, I can be a real WiTcH at times.......
mine were fittin' just fine yesterday
and
this proves IT!
My Primitive Witch Keepings Box

I created super old bottles with the help of
Carmen @ PrimCats
thank you Carmen for sharing your label finds

and

Thank You to The Graphics Fairy, for amazing graphics of all kinds.

So now, we'll take a closer look
Inside the Box

Well, there's my Prim Witch Findings in a box
(not a nutshell)

I made this Olde Witch Spell & Potions Book
from an old scrapbook.......picked at a yard sale
it is old but new with yellowed pages......just perfect
Spray painted brown with a coat of texture spray too
Old looking label I made and a skeleton

I will be filling the plain pages with spells, potions and pictures
of Witches

And, finally............from the Dollar Tree, an Easter Tree Make-over
it was pink, I sprayed it black

added spanish moss, a skeleton and a couple of cheesecloth ghosts
(all the skeletons came from the DT too, they were a cheap garland I took apart)

Now, I'm thinking (yes, dangerous)....my new stepback cupboard (from yesterday's post)
may just become my Halloween Witch's Pantry

So, get your boots on, be creative...and
shoot for the Moon!

Merry part,
Traci

(merry part A common Wiccan parting, sometimes abbreviated mp)
