Whew, it's me again Dusty Olde Bear. Yea, you remember me from the other day. She finally got me finished up, I am so excited to be ready for my new home.

A very kind hearted lady has already adopted me, I guess it was love at first sight. And hey, I'm movin' to Ohio, wonder what it's like there? Anyway, I just wanted to make an appearance and show you how primitively handsome I turned out. Bet my maker will get all teary eyed when I leave, I think she kinda liked havin' me around ;)

You made me so Beary Happy with all your kind comments the other day, my maker had a hard time keepin' the stuffin in my head cause it was gettin' bigger...

Oh, here's another somethin' to check out, my maker just listed another Teddy, I think his name is Thread B. Bear, check'em out he's a corker. A Pea Hen (he, he, I guess I'm glad to be a bear) and a Rabbit Vignette on her Selling Blog.  Now if she'd leave me be and quit her harpin', I get to packin' my bags for my trip.

Peek-A-Boo........~&~........Spring Giveaway Reminder

Dusty Olde Bear, that's my name.  I will be available soon for adoption.  I have been loved alot, I'm a little dirty, oh, I mean grungy and I like to play Peek-A-Boo.  I'm a bit tattered ~N~ torn, but that's just cause of all the lovin' I got.  My maker has just a tiny bit left to do and then I'll be ready for my new home.  Hmmmmm, should she put me on Ebay, her Website or should I be the very first item on her selling blog.  She's been talking my ear off all day and she can't decide. Just look at my ear!... bet it's been sewed on 'bout three times today.

Did you change your Clocks? And a Sure Sign of Spring...

Did everyone remember to change their clocks, Daylight Savings Time....Spring Ahead...

I got my first glimpse of a tell tale sign of Springs Arrival...  I saw my first Robin yesterday, I actually heard her before I seen her, but there she was.

For the last 6-7 years we have had a Momma Robin make her nest under our porch roof.  The picture is one I snapped of last years fledglings.  She and her partner are the best bird parents, constantly tending to their babies, scavenging the yard for worms and cleaning the nest.  Last spring I made a shelf for her to build a new nest on, in previous years she used a make-do shelf of some boards we had stored up near the rafters.  She graciously accepted and used the new shelf for the hatching of three broods.  We've had as many as four hatches in one season (not sure if it's the same Robin all season or different ones using the same nest). 

We really enjoy watching daily activities of the Robins and they don't seem to mind our company either.

So, I believe yesterday Momma returned from her winter's rest and is ready to start anew.
